On 2/5/10 The Brockton,Ma Fire Department held a retirement ceremony for Chief Kenneth Galligan. Chief Galligan is set to retire on 2/6/10 after a great career with the City of Brockton Fire Department. He will be passing the Chiefs position to Deputy Frances. Good Luck to both Chiefs!
